Questions about outsourcing.

How much does a developer cost?

It depends on experience, tech stack and the length of the engagement. You get a clear monthly or hourly rate up front, all inclusive: no recruiting fees and no extra costs for equipment, office or admin.

Who is the contract with?

With TECHHIVE DOO Skopje, the company behind WebAlpion. You sign one B2B contract and receive a monthly invoice in euro. The developers are employed by us, so you take on no employer obligations.

Who owns the code?

You do. All code and work results, and the rights to them, belong to you. On request we sign an NDA before the first call.

How does communication work?

Our developers speak fluent English and work in your tools, for example Slack, Teams, Jira or GitHub. They join your stand-ups and meetings during your normal working hours. For anything contractual or organisational, you have a contact person at WebAlpion who speaks German and English.

What if a developer isn't the right fit?

Let us know. We look for a replacement at no extra cost and make sure the handover is smooth.

Is there a minimum term?

Terms are flexible and agreed with you. We recommend at least three months so a developer can get to know your product properly. After that you can scale up or down.

Can we meet the developers in person?

Of course. Skopje is about two hours by plane from Vienna, Munich or Zurich. We are happy to welcome you, or the developers can come to you for a kick-off or workshop.
