Terms and conditions
This is a translation for your convenience. Only the German version is legally binding.
1. Scope
These terms apply to all work on web design, web and app development and ongoing care. Anything stated in the individual quote takes precedence.
2. Quotes and prices
Prices on this website are guide prices. What is binding is the fixed-price quote you receive after our first call. The order is placed when you accept it in writing (email is fine). We discuss any additional requests first and only carry them out once you agree.
3. Working together and sign-off
You provide content such as texts, images and logos in good time and are responsible for the rights to it. Once the work is done, you review and approve it; if your input is delayed, dates move accordingly.
4. Rights of use
Once paid in full, you may use and modify the work created for you without restriction for the agreed purpose. Third-party components (e.g. open-source software or fonts) are subject to their own licences.
